The trip is divided into three parts. From Zurich to Schaffhausen, the line is operated by the SBB on a regional train. From Schaffhausen to Munich, the line is operated by the German railway service on a high-speed train. From Munich to Prague, the line is operated by Czech high-speed and regional trains.
